I am always training for something. Even if it's just training to get over this month's ankle or hamstring or lost pride. .
This is where I babble every Friday about running, stuff I see and stuff I think while running, the music I listen to while running, crap like boob rash, blisters, sore body parts, frustration, elation, the 4 dachshunds down the street who valiantly guard their territory from my evil machinations, the bichon frise who loves the way my ankle tastes, my passion for "barefoot shoes," Injinji socks, and eventually my experiments in mid-run hydration.
Read if you must. Laugh at my slapstick buffoonery. Cheer me on. Kiss my ass. Whichever. It's all good.
